We’re at Wizard World Philadelphia this year, and we have an actual booth! Come see us!

Sunday was a small day for One-Quest, it was just myself and our photographer Erica wandering the show floor. I must say though it was a lot more enjoyable of a day. Without the two big names from Saturday, Hemsworth and Punk there was a lot more open space that had once been huge lines. You don’t realize until you’re stuck in a crowd of thousands how nice it is to be able to walk around and take your time checking things out.

Wizard World Philadelphia has come and gone once again, filling the Philadelphia Convention Center full of nerds, fanboy/girls, artists, actors, vendors, cosplayers, and so much more. One-Quest got to attend and it was a pretty awesome time. JohnScott will be around later to let everyone know about his fangirl reactions to meeting the five Star Trek Captains. Other than the reading material for you all we also got our first video going! It might not be the greatest example of moving pictures, but it’s damn close and on our first try no less!

We’re only hours away from the official start of Wizard World Philadelphia. The convention official starts at 5:00pm tonight and runs through this Sunday. One-Quest will be present in some capacity all weekend. So if you’re attending, selling, or just wish you’d be there make sure to keep an eye here for updates, pictures, and our take on what happened.

The Friday Five is upon us! This week we take a look at the best and worst of 2013! There’s a lot to cover, so jump right in!

Welcome to Take It Or Leave It, where each week we pick out some of that week’s newest comics and give you our opinion on whether it was worth the price and you should take it, or if it was better left sitting on the shelf. The first week of June was a pretty good outing. Son Of Merlin and Winter Soldier both came to their ends, even if I wish they hadn’t. Zenescope released their newest series Screwed, and that’s just a few of the things out this week.

While we’ve all see a fair number of movies, it looks like we’ve all missed a few classics along the line. . . We may need to find a way to rectify this.
