Welcome back to PodQuest! This week Chris talks about the 2015 holiday horror comedy, Krampus, Droo’s spent some time with NHL 25, and we talk about our plans for PAX Unplugged this weekend. We also chat a bit about time, date formats, and tariffs, and Droo managed a 3 billion point hand in Balatro.

This week on PodQuest, after chatting a bit about US Thanksgiving we jump into our latest book club chat about the 1987 comedy Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. Then Walnut talks about the online multiplayer game Liar’s Club, and Chris spent some time playing Minishoot’ Adventures. We wrap things up with some miscellaneous anime chat and some concerts.

This week on PodQuest, Chris read the 1818 classic Frankenstein by Mary Shelley and was surprised by how different it was from the common Hollywood adaptions. Then Walnut put some time into Kaiju Wars, and Chris has been reading the popular Manga, Witch Hat Atelier. We also chat about streaming platforms and ad revenue before wrapping things up.

We’re back with another new PodQuest, this week we start with our latest book club discussion about the 2020 comedy Friendsgiving. Afterwards, Walnut talks about the tabletop game Gosu X, and Chris spent some time with the new Atlas JRPG, Metaphor: ReFantazio. We also talk a bit about Immortals Fenyx Rising, and the unfortunately but funny URL mixup on the Wicked Barbie doll boxes.

After that Walnut runs down his thoughts on the tabletop game Skyrockets, he’s given up on Alien Isolation and has good reason, and started playing The Callisto Protocol.
