PodQuest 503 – Nausicaä, Balatro, and Poppy Playtime

This week on PodQuest we talk about our latest book club movie, the 1984 Hayao Miyazaki film Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, then Chris talks a bit about the deck building rogue like poker game Balatro, and Walnuts been spending some time with survival horror game Poppy Playtime. We also hear Drootin’s thoughts on the Netflix animated film Nimona, have a tangent on why Walnut is having less fun with Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, and Drootin is back on the NHL 94 Online train.

Our next book club will be the 1964 film Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb on April 18th. The new theme is adaptations.
