PodQuest 575 – The Hunt for Red October, Wednesday Season 2, and Fist Fighting Demon’s Souls

This week on PodQuest, we have our next book club discussion on the 1990 film The Hunt for Red October, then Chris talks about the first half of Wednesday Season 2, and Walnut finished off his Demon’s Souls run with his punching priest as built by his community. We also chat briefly about the Monster Hunter stuff from Gamescom and how disappointing the first 6 months have been for Monster Hunter Wilds.

Continuing with our Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon challenge, our next book club pick is Muppet Treasure Island (1996), which included Tim Curry, who appeared in The Hunt for Red October.

The goal of the game is each of us will pick a movie that includes an actor from the previous pick with the hopes that the final pick (number 6!) will include Kevin Bacon.
